CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that unforseen circumstances can arise, and your plans might change. To ensure fairness and trasnperancy, we have established the following cancelation and refund policy for your surf & lifestyle retreat
A CANCELATION BY PARTICIPANT :
If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more before the retreat start date, you will receive a total refund of the total retreat cost, excluding a non-refundable depsoit of 25% of the total retreat price. Cancelation made between 89 and 30 days prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost. Cancelations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
B CANCELATION BY PARTICIPANT :
In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by us due to unforseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of the retreat cost. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses you may have incurred in preperation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, travel insurance, or other related expenses.
POLICY TRANSFER
If you are unable to attend the retreat, you have the option to transfer your reservation to another person. Please notify us at least 14 days before the retreat start date with the details of the new participant. A trasnfer free of X will apply.
EARLY DEPARTURE OR NO SHOW
No refunds will be provided for the participants who arrive late, leave early, or do not show up for any reason.
RETREAT CHANGES
While we do not anticipate making changes to the scheduled retreat, we reserve the right to modify the itineray, accommodations, or activities for reasons beyond our control. If such changes signigicantly impact the overll experience, participants will be notified, and appropriate refunds or credits will be issued
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is mandatory for you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected situations, such as illness, travel delays, or emergencies that may occur during the retreat.
