CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and your plans may change. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for your surf & lifestyle retreat.

A. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days (12 weeks) before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable; however, you may transfer your spot to another participant (see Policy Transfer below).

B. CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZER

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, you will receive a full refund of the retreat cost.

However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as flights, travel insurance, or other related costs.

POLICY TRANSFER

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person.

Please notify us at least 30 days before the retreat start date with the new participant’s details.

A $200 USD transfer fee will apply.

EARLY DEPARTURE OR NO-SHOW

No refunds will be provided for participants who arrive late, leave early, or do not attend the retreat for any reason.

RETREAT CHANGES

While we do not anticipate changes, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, or activities for reasons beyond our control.

If such changes significantly impact the overall experience, participants will be notified and, if appropriate, refunds or credits will be offered.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is mandatory to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected situations such as illness, travel delays, emergencies, or any events affecting your participation before or during the retreat.
